We had a beautiful breakfast at The Village Kitchen Kurrajong. We arrived early, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and happily accommodated us without any fuss. The service was fabulous — warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was amazing — fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The venue itself is lovely, with gorgeous valley views and morning sunshine that made the whole experience feel extra special. A perfect way to start the day in Kurrajong. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Somewhat smaller and much less bustling than its bigger cousins, Kurrajong is a delightful town off the main Bells Line of Road between Sydney and points west. It's worth a stop and we needed a human refuelling pitstop on our journey across the Blue Mountains. We chose the Village Cafe (there's lots of other options too) and were so glad we did. From the friendly greeting at the door right through the efficient table service, we couldn't fault this place. It's clean, light and airy and there's a small patio overlooking a leafy valley if you prefer outdoors (and the weather is clement). I enjoyed the Steak sandwich and hubby had his Fish and chips and salad. A couple of minor substitutions were no problem and both were delicious. In fact, the friendly wait staff gave you the impression nothing was a problem! Wine, beer and ciders are available, but we "had promises to keep and miles to go before we could sleep", so it was tea for me and coke for the bloke! We don't often go this way as our family is north of Sydney, but if we ever do, we'll be back for sure. (It's just down the road from Hill Billy Cider, also worth a stop!) And on your way up (or down) the hill, leave your windows open so you don't miss the enchanting call of the bellbirds...

Our family accidentally arrive Kurrajong. When we arrive the place, it was late for the lunch time and we found the Village Kitchen. When we entered, the staff welcome very warmly. WoW, there was a crowd though it was about 2PM. Atmosphere is very nice. The great view from balcony is stunning. The menu was quite nice, variety of dishes, seafood, pasta, beef, lamb chicken. We had beef burger, Grill Chicken breast and Barramundi fish and chips. Price are very reasonable, food is very nice and flavor are good, good coffee.

We visited this café while we were in the area, and I have to say — it is such a cutr little spot. The food was delicious, the outdoor seating was beautiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

We had an absolutely delightful afternoon tea at The Village Kitchen Kurrajong. The setting was stunning—peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our experience was the cake of the day, which was beautifully presented and tasted divine. The Mango Creme Brulee was also a standout—delicious and exquisitely presented, combining both visual appeal and delightful flavor. The menu offered a lovely selection, and everything was prepared with evident care and attention to detail. Overall, we highly recommend The Village Kitchen Kurrajong for anyone looking for a serene spot with fantastic food and excellent service. We can't wait to return!

Great atmosphere and location, with a view. The food has always been delicious, having been a few times, and staff friendly. The Pumpkin Gnocchi followed by the lime and pistachio cake was divine.
